A long tube-shaped organ that connects the stomach to the large intestine. It is about 18-20 cm long and is folded several times to fit inside the abdomen.
The intestine is removed at our slaughterhouse after slaughter. It is emptied of intestinal contents and cleaned.
Once the cleaning process has been completed, it is scalded, frozen and presented in plastic bags for food use.
It is recommended to keep frozen at a temperature of -18°C.
